CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me! I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of deposit and a new deposit will be needed if rescheduling. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged.
