CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me! I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of deposit and a new deposit will be needed if rescheduling. To ensure every client receives the full time and attention reserved for their appointment, I offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without any communication, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. This policy allows me to stay on schedule and provide each client with the quality service and appointment time they deserve without impacting those scheduled after you. If you would like to book another appointment following a no-show, a new deposit will be required to reserve your next appointment.
